Stettler Board of Trade Press Release April 14, 2021 @ 4:21pm published at 6:15pm
In correlation with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and current Alberta Health
measures, the 40th annual Stettler Trade Show hosted annually by the Stettler Regional
Board of Trade and Community Development has been postponed to April 8, 9, and 10,
2022.
“While it is truly unfortunate; we had to postpone this years’ tradeshow. After review, the board had the public's health and safety in mind first and foremost. We look forward to the 2022 tradeshow with great excitement as it will be bigger and better than ever!”- Matt Dorsett, President
The annual Stettler Trade Show offers one stop shopping with family fun for a
reasonable price and helps vendors showcase their products and services to a variety
of potential customers. The Show has been a well-attended annual event for 39 years in
the Stettler area and this is the second time it has had to be postponed due to the
pandemic.
“Much consideration was taken with this decision. We do not want to deprive
businesses of this opportunity to promote their goods and services to our community
however at this time it was felt the safety of the public, our vendors, staff and volunteers
is of the utmost priority.” says Donna Morris, Project Manager “We want to thank the
representatives from Alberta Health who have worked diligently aside us for months to
attempt to allow this community event in spite of the ongoing uncertainty.”
The Stettler Board of Trade remains dedicated to promoting the products and services
of businesses. Reservations for the 40th annual Stettler Trade Show will be open on
June 1, 2021. Information can be found on the Stettler Board of Trade website at
