The holiday season can be a difficult time of year for many people, but when someone has experienced a loss, the grief can make the holidays even harder to navigate. Join us as we discuss the layers of what makes grief and the holidays challenging, and explore ways to hold the grief during this time and in the future in a way that may feel right for you. In this interactive webinar we will explore tools that will help those experiencing grief during the holidays. We will consider ways that we can interact with family, explore our own boundaries and choices, and make it through this time of year.
