The HYC is sooo excited to bring back this exciting era with their Roarin' 20's Awesome Auction on Sat. June 4 at the Stettler Community Hall. This is HYC's major, annual fundraiser that has been on hold since 2019. The event includes steak and lobster dinner, silent and live auction and a dance. Over half of the 300 available tickets are already sold! If you are a parent of an HYC member and looking to get in your 10 hours of volunteer work for HYC - there are numerous volunteer roles we need help with June 3-5. Jobs include: Friday, June 3 -set up of hall - assembly of items - item pick up (truck needed) - meal prep Sat. June 4 - kitchen service, clearing tables, dishes, kitchen clean up - event security - volunteers for silent auction - bartenders with pro serve - 1 volunteer for lobster pick up in Red Deer (truck needed) - volunteers to help cook lobsters Sunday, June 5 - 10 volunteers to help with hall clean up (some trucks needed)
