The Erskine Seniors Center has reopened – Erskine and area seniors play cards and games on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you enjoy Cribbage, Canasta and other games, stop by the Seniors Center to get more details!
Erskine School is open for another school year! That means there will be kids walking to and from school every day! Help keep our kids safe - please be sure to
slow down when driving in Erskine!
The School is having an Apple Fundraiser (with apples from Davison Orchards). They have 4 choices: Davison Honeycrisp, Ambrosia, Royal Gala, and Okanagan Blend. Order deadline is September 12th, with pick up on September 24th . If you’d like to order please contact Lisa Eastman, 403-990-9916 or email lisaeastmen990@gmail.com to place your order.
The Erskine Recreation Board will be hosting their Annual Floats and Flicks Drive In on September 11 th. It begins with a Parade at 6:00. Everyone is welcome to enter the parade –line up is at 5:15 at the school. Businesses are encouraged to enter floats, kids are encouraged to put on their favourite costume, or decorate their bike or wagon. The Drive In will be behind the school with the entrance between the school and the skating rink. Gates open at
8:00pm, with Fireworks at Dusk, and Movie TBA.

The Erskine IOOF has just finished up some kitchen renovations, and the changes look great! Much needed upgrades to the kitchen cupboards were done in 2020, and more recently they have just changed the flooring in the kitchen / dining areas. The Erskine Curling Club has found a caretaker, which means regular league play will begin the first week of October. Men’s league Monday/Tuesday $800 per team; Ladies league Wednesday $800 per team; Super league Thursdays till Christmas $800 per team; There could be some senior play as well mixed league if there is enough interest.
