Council passes amendment to General Traffic Bylaw prohibiting the use of Engine Retarder Brakes within Hamlet limits.
On Wednesday, October 13, 2021 Council amended the General Traffic Bylaw to include the restriction of the use of engine retarder brakes within Hamlets in the County of Stettler No. 6.
Signage will be posted alerting travellers that the use of Engine Retarder Brakes within our Hamlet boundaries are prohibited, with fines of $250 being levied per offence.
