Preference given to those with metal building/construction background.
This is a physically demanding role where attention to detail is also very important, involves referencing building drawings and material lists.
Builders are expected to be available to work occasional weekend, as well as away work that can span up to 3 weeks.
Our manufacturing facility is in Stettler however builders travel across the province and even further.
Level 1 builders starting at $18/hour
Level 2 builders starting at $23/hour
Level 3 Lead Hand starting at $31/hour
*all rates negotiable on experience*
Metalex isw a pay for performance company and will compensate workers accordingly.
