Meet Rafa! This gorgeous boy was in need of some TLC when he came into care. His fur was very matted, belly bloated and he needed a scrub. Rafa cleaned up very well and is such a sweet cat! He loves everyone and his foster mom says he is the happiest boy; purring and loving affection. Rafa would love a loving family to call his own.
