Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Contract, Remote)


I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (contract position) to join my team at MZVA, a growing Online Business Management and Virtual Assistant company.


This is a remote, contract role; you’ll work from your own home office, using your own equipment.

  • Hours: 10 hours/week to start, growing to 20+ after probationary period

  • Rate: $20–22 CAD/hour (based on experience with potential to increase after probationary period)

  • Contract role (you run your own VA business)

  • Flexible schedule (meet deadlines, not office hours)


Must have proven experience with:

  • Canva

  • Google Suite

  • Wix & Squarespace

  • Meta Business Suite

  • FloDesk

  • AI tools like ChatGPT

  • Bonus skills: WordPress, Asana, EventBrite, Planoly, podcast platforms, Etsy.



While I am from Central Alberta, this role is remote and contract; not an in-office or employee position.
