From the East Central Handicraft Society - Erskine, Cookbook - 1987
3c. Saskatoons
1 1/2c. cold water
1/2c sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
Cook Saskatoons and water in saucepan until tender. Mix sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch together. Add to Saskatoons. Cook until thickened.
