WCLC is currently looking for a part-time Player Care Specialist to join our Player Services division in Stettler, Alberta for a 1-year term position. This position will report to the Team Lead, Player Care. The successful candidate will work 21-35 hours per week with an average of 28 hours/week. Please note training will be on-site in Stettler, AB with an opportunity to work in a hybrid working model following the training period. The successful candidate would be required to work shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
About the shifts:
7 days a week, closed for statutory holidays
Shifts between 7:30 am and 8:30 pm (MST)
About training:
training period is 6-8 weeks
training occurs Monday to Friday between 8:30-4:30 (MST)
training will be conducted on-site
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Respond to player inquiries regarding WCLC services, products and policies
Provide direction to players with issues at retail
Document player interaction within the appropriate systems
Refer complaints or escalations to leader or associated departments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Competencies
Must be 18+
Previous call centre experience or other related customer service experience
Strong computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Express understanding and patience while working through customers’ inquiries
Working in a timely fashion to meet all established deadlines
Maintain high level of product knowledge and confidentiality
Candidates must be flexible during the initial 6-week training period working between Tuesday to Saturday
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management System an asset
Ticket Terminal Training or previous lottery sales experience an asset
