Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
Humboldt, Saskatchewan, grew up in Drayton Valley, Alberta
Why do you (did you) choose Stettler as home?
I chose to take a drama teaching job here and never looked back.
What do you do? What is your full title?
Drama Teacher & Vice Principal at Wm. E. Hay Secondary Campus
Education?
Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta. Community Theatre participation.
Family?
Married to Deanna. I have 2 grown sons Braden & Justin who is married to Dacia.
Who inspired you in your youth? My high school drama teacher, Joanne Killips and my drama professor, Paul Johnson.
Who inspires you now?
My principal & teammate Myranda Shepherd.
Do you have any hobbies?
Touring the country on my Harley Davidson with my wife.
What are your plans for the future?
Teaching Drama abroad in a warm, exotic location.
Anything else you would like to add about being a resident of Stettler?
I am so fortunate to be teaching in an amazing facility like the Performing Arts Centre & so appreciative of the wonderful community support for high school theatre.
