Stettler Dodge is looking for a Customer Service Assistant in our Service Department!


Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive pay

About the Role:

As the first point of contact in our Service Department, you’ll greet customers, check in vehicles, manage communication before and after service, and keep customers updated on long back-ordered parts. No prior dealership experience is required - we’ll provide full training! All you need are strong people skills, confidence, and a positive, professional attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person, by phone, text, and email

  • Check in vehicles and prepare clear work orders

  • Explain appointment expectations and timelines

  • Follow up after service and confirm satisfaction

  • Proactively update customers on long back-ordered parts

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Maintain accurate records and keep the service reception area clean and inviting


What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task

Comfortable with basic computer software

Strong people skills, Positive attitude, punctual, confident professional presence
