Sobeys in Stettler is hiring a full-time baker. Early mornings and weekends required.

Responsibilities: 

• Bakers are responsible for preparing in-store made baked goods daily.

• Engage with customers orders, product quality, and maintaining department standards. Assist with production as needed.

Skills & Knowledge

• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• Decision making / quality assessment.

• Basic math skills for recipe conversion and modifications and an understanding of recipe adjustments.
