Online Creative Writing for Wellness


Free online Journalling and Creative Writing Courses available at the Central Alberta Recovery College.


Classes are alternating Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm.


Journalling for Self Awareness Come write with us! We all hear about the therapeutic benefit of journalling. Do you have trouble getting started before the floodgates of emotion and healing run onto the page? No problem! We use prompts and time for self-reflection in a safe, welcoming space for you and your emotions. Everything remains optional if it feels right to you to pursue. You may be surprised what you uncover in your words.

Register here for Creative Writing for Wellness Come write with us! No experience is required. Writing is good for your brain and wellness. We will spend time writing based on prompts from poetry, literature, pictures, or sounds. Then we will listen to each other’s writing (reading what you wrote is optional, of course) and highlight the strengths and creativity displayed by our fellow writers. This group is for adults and is open to all levels of writing. Everyone can create!
