Erskine Curling Rink

Welcome to the Erskine News. We are excited to start reporting what is happening in and around Erskine!


The Erskine Curling Club is looking for an ice caretaker/rink custodian. Please send a resume with 2 references to erskinecurlingclub@outlook.com Application deadline is August 27th.


The Erskine Rec Board is having their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday August 18th at 7pm at the Waverly Club Rooms. Elections will take place, as well as discussion about the upcoming Erskine Drive In. Being a member of the Rec Board takes up very little time, and it’s a great way to meet new people and help your community!


We are fortunate in our community to have 2 facilities that are available for rent for functions. For smaller functions, you can rent the Waverly Club Rooms. It has 6 tables, approx. 40 chairs, and a kitchen area. To rent this facility, you can call Pat at 403-742-0604 or 403-742-4561. For larger functions, you can rent the IOOF Hall. It has approximately 22 tables, 100 chairs, a full, newly renovated kitchen, and a bar. To rent this facility, you can call Cheryl at 403-740-6616.



IOOF Hall Erskine

The Flea Market at the corner of Highway 12 and SH835 runs every weekend, Friday to Sunday, until September long weekend. Stop by and check out all the vendors!


The Erskine Evangelical Free Church has resumed in person services on Sundays at 10am.




There is a scrapbooking/crafting retreat at the Erskine IOOF Hall on September 17-19. For more details you can stop in at Sherry’s Scrap’n Shop or visit their Facebook Page or web
