Position: Counter Person / Inventory Manager

We are looking for a hard-working, efficient, well-organized individual who has great attention to detail and excels at customer service. Responsible for the accuracy of all orders both physically and electronically while maintaining relationships with vendors and customers by direct communication. Able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service through responses to inquiries, processing orders, and handling any issues in a timely manner.
Performing Inventory Counts - Weekly, Monthly & Yearly.
Responsible for labelling, binning, and locating all items stocked in the facility on shelving, pallet racking, and showroom.
Assisting with the loading of parts/pallets into customers vehicles.
Assisting other members of the team in service & sales with daily duties ensuring we keep the facility well-maintained and create a safe work environment.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping that exhibits a high degree of professionalism.
Courteous and professional interactions with customers, staff members, couriers, and truck drivers.
Must be able to physically lift a courier parcel maximum weight of 75lbs multiple times daily.
Must be able to climb stairs as our facility has an upper mezzanine to pick parts.
