Basic Self-Defense Class
Class Date - June 18, 2021
In 4 hours, over two evenings, participants will be presented with information and have the opportunity to practice the basic building blocks of self defense confidence including: Situational Awareness Composure and Preparedness Defensive Body Basics such as stance, movement, balance and positioning and several quick and simple self-defense techniques and skills that are easy to practice and remember.
