Stettler Tsunamis Cash Survivor 2022 - Apr 25 - May 2

Each team will consist of 4 members (must be 18 years or older). Individuals may enter on more than one team.

Choose a Team Captain and a fun team name!

The captain is responsible to collect money from team members, register the team and submit the money to the Stettler Swim Club prior to the registration deadline.

Registration must include: • Team name • Team members names • Contact number for team captain • Payment to the Stettler Tsunamis Swim Club

Names are entered into the draw as individuals. As long as one team member remains in the draw, your team is safe from elimination.

Registration Deadline – April 21st, 2022

Elimination draws will begin April 25th, with the final draw occurring on April 29th, 2022

Entry Fees: $25/team member or $100/team

Payment options include: • Cash • Cheque (payable to Stettler Swim Club) • E-transfer to stettlerswimclub@gmail.com Please include your team name in the message.
