The first annual Stettler Colour Fun Run is August 24 at West Stettler Park, starting at 11:00 am.
What is a Colour Fun Run?
It’s a trip around the loop at West Stettler park, and is open to anyone who wants to walk, run, push a stroller, etc. So it’s not a long run and not competitive at all- just all for fun! The colour being thrown is coloured food-grade cornstarch, and volunteers will throw it out at various point along the route. Runners who start out wearing white or light colours will plastered in colour by the end.
AMA Run Club has provided us with swag and a huge arch for the starting line, and we have amazing volunteers from the community coming to throw the colours.

It’s the first time the FRN has hosted this event in Stettler, and we’re planning to make it a blast!
