National Missing Children's Day

National Missing Children's Day is May 25.

This awareness day commemorates missing children who have been found, remembers those who are still missing and continues efforts to bring them home.

In 2019 alone, 40,425 children were reported missing in Canada.

In honour of the National Missing Children's Day StettlerLocal.com has developed a page to post RCMP identified missing persons of Alberta. We know that our community wants to help and developing this list for our local community to reference could help return a child to their family or help an adult find their way home. When we receive missing persons alerts from RCMP they will be posted on our page Alberta's Missing Persons and shared on our social media. Our page will include missing children and adults of Alberta as identified by RCMP and when found these postings will be updated.

This site provides descriptions and images of missing persons, along with details about where they were last found. Please review the cases and learn how to submit a tip in each case file. Investigators review every tip that comes in, and even a small detail could be the key to bringing another child home.
