Calling all Ladies!

Join Alicia from @aliciatateyoga for a self care evening with this guided painted exercise. Not sure about your painting skills? No worries! This technique is all about the process and not the product. You will use gentle breathing, watercolour paints and loads of easy peasy guidance to create a evening of rest and relaxation for our brains and bodies. This is a wonderful class if you don’t consider yourself “good at art”, and you’ll still manage to leave with something beautiful! There is no fee and there will be childcare available.
