Stettler FCSS is offering a Home Alone Course on Friday, May 19 from 1:30-4:30 pm.
The Home Alone Program is designed to provide children 10 years of age and older with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them safe and constructively occupied.
The participant of the Home Alone program must be 10 years of age to take the course. If the child is 9 years of age turning 10 during the calendar year, 2023, (January to December) the child can take the course.
We are hosting this course during a PD day to make sure it's convenient for families. $20 per participant.
