Requires An Educational Assistant
Clearview Public Schools invites applications for an Educational Assistant position at Gadsby Colony School. Located approximately 40 kilometres southeast of Stettler, AB, this school has 20 students in grades 1 to 8.
Under the supervision and planning of the classroom teacher, the successful applicant will facilitate and lead learning activities for the students in grades 1 to 3.
The successful applicant will:
Have a strong understanding and ability to implement literacy and numeracy programs with young students;
Be able to work in a collaborative team environment;
Be capable of working with children with a variety of needs; and
Be a self starter capable of working independently.
Special consideration will be given to those with an Educational Assistant Certificate or comparable experience. Educational Assistants receive a competitive salary of $16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
