
The Central Alberta Business Centre (CABC) is a hub for the local business community with a coworking space, a downtown boardroom, business events and business support services. We are seeking a full-time office manager for the business centre and to support our interior businesses and programs.
Job Responsibilities
Keep coworking, boardroom and lounge area clean and stocked at all times
Be a passionate supporter of the Stettler area
Answer phones and pass along messages
Manage Boardroom bookings
Assist Coworking clients as needed (technical questions, wifi access, business services)
Social Media Management for CABC (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Admin duties for Rairdan Services, Inc as needed. Includes errands, phone calls, professional writing and editing, client support and other tasks as assigned.
6 hours a week is dedicated to Project Coordination for the SEED Program
Skills and Qualifications Requirement
Excellent communicator both written and verbal is required
Must be able to meet deadlines
Present professionally at all times
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms is required:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Be adaptable and ready to change to the needs of our business community
Be a high energy community leader with problem solving skills and an ability to network and collaborate on a variety of projects
Hours and Compensation
This position is 40 hours per week at $18.50/hour with a three month probationary period. The position is 9-5pm Monday through Friday with stat holidays off and one week off at Christmas. This position reports directly to the owner and is eligible for benefits after a successful 90 day probation period.
