Pepper is a sweet boy who is fostered with his brother, Cooper. He loves to play with Cooper and the other kitten in his home. Pepper is a mischievous boy who is curious about everything he sees. He loves his cuddle time with people, other cats and dogs. Pepper would make a wonderful pet for a family!
