Cooper is a sweet boy who is fostered with his brother, Pepper. He loves to play with Pepper and the other kitten in his home. Cooper is a mischievous boy who is curious about everything he sees. He loves his cuddle time with people, other cats, and dogs. Cooper would make a wonderful pet for a family!
